Pumpkin Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup mozzarella, shredded

  • 1/2 cup colby cheese, shredded

  • 1 jalapeno pepper, diced (reserve the top for the stem)

  • 1 Tablespoon onion powder

  • 1 Tablespoon dried chives

  • 1 teaspoon dill

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl mix together all ingredients except the 2 cups of cheddar cheese.

  2. Wrap the cheese ball mixture using a piece of plastic wrap and roll it into a ball.

  3. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

  4. Place cheddar cheese into a large bowl. Remove cheese ball from plastic wrap and roll onto cheddar cheese until it is completely covered.

  5. Wrap the cheese ball using a piece of plastic wrap to mold the cheddar cheese.

  6. Place on serving tray and top with leftover jalapeno stem.

  7. Serve with charcuterie favorites like salami, prosciutto, grapes, and crackers!
