Product recalls

We don’t mess around when it comes to product safety. If there’s ever a recall on something we’ve sold, we go straight to the source - you. Specifically, we’ll send an email to every Co-op Member who bought that product during the affected time frame.

Need to return a recalled item? No problem. Just bring it to the Customer Service desk at either our North End or Village location. We’ll give you a full refund, no questions asked.
