Submit your application:
We love supporting local products! To stay true to our commitment, we focus on sourcing from within 150 miles of our stores or anywhere in Idaho. At this time, we’re not bringing on new direct suppliers from out of state. However, if your products are available through UNFI’s Ridgefield warehouse or you’re a local direct supplier, we’d love for you to continue with the process below.
Submit Your Application
Fill out our Vendor Application, Vendor Service Agreement, ACH Payment Information Form, and W9 form.
Be sure to provide essential details like your product list, certifications, and sample packaging.
Deliver Samples
You can email our Category team at purchasing@boisecoop.com to coordinate available product drop-off locations and times. Please work with the Category team; please do not drop off samples and/or pitch product with store associates. We’ll your review and assess samples carefully, and if it aligns with what we're currently looking for, we'll definitely reach out to discuss next steps.
