Juicy Grilled Beef Kebabs

Ingredients:
Marinade Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup avocado oil
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 1 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 1 1/2 tbsp red wine vinegar
• 2 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tbsp minced garlic
• 1 tbsp honey
• 2 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1 tsp black pepper
For the Kebabs:
• 2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
• 2 zucchini, sliced into thick rounds
• 2 red bell peppers, cut into chunks
• Sea salt
• Avocado oil spray
Instructions:
Whisk all marinade ingredients in a large bowl.
Add steak cubes, toss well, cover, and marinate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
Thread the beef, zucchini, and bell peppers onto skewers.
Spray with avocado oil and season lightly with salt.
Grill over medium-high heat (450–500°F) for 8–9 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef reaches your desired doneness.
Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or your favorite salad.
