Cinco De Mayo Carne Asada Tacos

 

Local Carne Asada tacos made easy! Just grill, build, and enjoy. Fresh, simple, and straight from the Boise Co-op to your table.

Ingredients:

    •    Thomas Cattle Carne Asada Pre-Marinated Beef Bundle

    •    Peppers & onions from bundle

    •    Tortillas

    •    Salsa

    •    Limes

Instructions:

  • Remove the pre-marinated beef pack from the refrigerator. For best results, let it sit outside the refrigerator for an hour or so before cooking.

  • Carne Asada can be cooked on a grill, pan, or griddle.

  • Cook beef & veggies to your liking, sautéing veggies first, then adding Carne Asada, cooking 3–4 minutes on each side

  • After cooking to your desired doneness, cut the Carne Asada into strips or cubes.

  • Heat tortillas in a pan or on a griddle.

  • Add beef mixture to tortillas, top with salsa and a fresh squeeze of lime juice.
