Ingredients:

The Salmon

• 1 lb skinless salmon fillet, cut into 1-inch cubes

• 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning (or to taste)

• 1 tsp garlic powder

• 1 tsp onion powder

• 1 tbsp avocado oil

• Sea salt & black pepper, to taste

Creamy Cajun Dipping Sauce

• 3 tbsp mayonnaise

• 1 tbsp ketchup

• 1–2 tsp sriracha (more if you love heat!)

• 1 tsp fresh lime juice

• ½ tsp Cajun seasoning

For Garnish

• Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

  • Cut the salmon into bite-sized cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.

  • Add the Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, avocado oil, salt, and pepper. Toss until every piece is evenly coated.

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.

  • Arrange the salmon in a single layer, leaving a little space between each piece. Air fry for 5–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the salmon is golden around the edges and flakes easily with a fork.

  • While the salmon cooks, whisk together the mayo, ketchup, sriracha, lime juice, and Cajun seasoning until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust with more lime juice or sriracha if desired.

  • Sprinkle the salmon with fresh parsley and serve immediately with the creamy Cajun dipping sauce.
