Ingredients:
The Salmon
• 1 lb skinless salmon fillet, cut into 1-inch cubes
• 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning (or to taste)
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tbsp avocado oil
• Sea salt & black pepper, to taste
Creamy Cajun Dipping Sauce
• 3 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp ketchup
• 1–2 tsp sriracha (more if you love heat!)
• 1 tsp fresh lime juice
• ½ tsp Cajun seasoning
For Garnish
• Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
Cut the salmon into bite-sized cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.
Add the Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, avocado oil, salt, and pepper. Toss until every piece is evenly coated.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
Arrange the salmon in a single layer, leaving a little space between each piece. Air fry for 5–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the salmon is golden around the edges and flakes easily with a fork.
While the salmon cooks, whisk together the mayo, ketchup, sriracha, lime juice, and Cajun seasoning until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust with more lime juice or sriracha if desired.
Sprinkle the salmon with fresh parsley and serve immediately with the creamy Cajun dipping sauce.
