Smoked Salmon Avocado Toast

The ultimate avocado toast features Acme bread, smoked salmon, tangy pickled onion, and a sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning.

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of toast, rustic or sourdough bread

  • 1 large avocado ripened

  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

  • 1 garlic clove minced

  • salt & pepper to taste

  • ½ cup greens like baby arugula or curly lettuce

  • 4 oz. smoked salmon packaged

  • 3 cherry tomatoes, sliced

  • 2 slices of red onion or use pickled onion

  • A drizzle of extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon Everything Sprinkle Seasoning

Instructions:

If you prefer, start by toasting your bread and allowing it to cool for a few minutes to achieve the perfect crunch.

In a small bowl, take the ripe avocado and carefully mash it using the back of a fork.

Incorporate the lemon juice, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Taste the mixture and adjust the seasonings to your liking.

Next, generously spread the creamy avocado blend on each slice of toast.

Add a handful of vibrant greens over the top

Delicately place the smoked salmon pieces, followed by cherry tomatoes and red onion slices.

Drizzle a touch of aromatic olive oil.

Finally, add a finishing touch with a sprinkle of Everything Sprinkle Seasoning. Enjoy!
