Happy 4th of July!

Celebrate the 4th with the first of our month-long Rosé Wednesday wine tastings, at the North End Boise Co-op Wine Shop from 4:30 to 6:30 pm. This will be a special one, as it's your chance to get a first look at our soon-to-be-open Uncorked! Wine Bar. The tasting will be hosted there by Samantha (aka Sam) Bauer who will be heading up this new venture. Sam comes to us from Oakland's Bay Grape, one of the most innovative wine shop/wine bars in the Bay area, billing itself as a community gathering place. She brings that experience to Boise, along with her enthusiasm for, and knowledge of all things wine. For her first tasting, it's rosés from around the world. Here's what she'll be pouring:

•    Solar de Randez, Rioja, Spain
•    Domaine du Dragon, Côtes de Provence, France
•    Schlosskellerei Gobelsburg Cistercien, Nederosterreich, Austria
•    Domaine Campu Vecchiu, Corsica, France
•    Michel Torino, Calchaqui Valley, Argentina
