This Alsatian house is known for their Gewürztraminer, and that’s a wine I often recommend for Turkey Day. With its spicy component it pairs well with the wide variety of dishes of the eclectic feast. But that spice (which also works well with Asian cuisine) can be off-putting for some. This Pinot Gris makes for a great alternative. It has a silkyrich core of stone fruit flavors, with a balancing hit of food friendly acidity. A particularly good match for turkey with oyster stuffing.
