Made from late harvested grapes, this wine is full-bodied and off dry, but not sweet. The extra month on the vine has allowed it to develop greater body, structure, and fruit essence. The result is a wine with lush pear, melon, and a touch of honey, while still retaining lively acidity. It drinks beautifully now but will be just as enjoyable with some time in the bottle. It's a great white wine to transition into the cooler weather of autumn.
