Chenin Blanc has always been one of my summertime go-to wine varieties, so when this new one came in, I couldn't wait to try it. The first impression I had when tasting this wine was that it was like biting into a super-crisp, cold, green apple, with a splash of lemon. It’s a touch floral with lively acidity, followed by stony minerality. This is a wine that drinks beautifully now, but has the structure and balance to age quite nicely. We only brought in a few cases, so get some while you can.
