Weekend Wine Tasting

At the North End Boise Co-op Wine Shop

For our final tasting on the final day of Idaho Wine Month we're featuring one of our favorites: Telaya Wine Co. Owners Earl and Carrie Sullivan created their first blend in 2008. In the beginning, they sourced grapes from Washington, but by 2012, added Idaho vineyards to their portfolio. The name Telaya is a blend of the couples two favorite places, the Tetons and la playa (the beach). Today, the winery continues to make wines from Washington and Idaho grapes, skirting (like the locales that make up their name) the best of both worlds. Carrie will be in the Wine Shop Saturday to pour samples of, and talk about their wines. Here's the line-up:

  • Telaya Viognier
  • Telaya Anam White
  • Telaya Grenache Blanc
  • Telaya Sruth Red
