All our wing sauce/marinades start off with Guajillo chilies pronounced “wha hee oh", the flavor profile is slightly fruity with a sweet heat, tannic with hints of pine, tart berries and light smoky undertones we then add chunks of garlic, locally grown onions, a blend of fresh Golden Valley apple cider vinegar from Fruitland ID and white vinegar, pure cane brown sugar and lots of flavorful spices. You can see and taste the difference! Use as a marinade for fish, shrimp, steak, pork, chicken, ribs, grilled veggies, pizza sauces, smoking mop, dipping sauces, basting, glazing or the perfect vinaigrette topping on your favorite salad, yes you heard that right. Oh, did we forget to tell you it’s a “wing sauce” too.
