April’s Green House was created in response to an overwhelming demand for our scratch-made vinaigrettes that, until now, were only available through our catering company: Open Table Boise. They are delicious as a dressing, but try it as a dip or marinade on fish, poultry or tofu. Beware – this stuff is addicting!
