In this class you will learn how to make your own Mexican appetizers like traditional guacamole, salsas, tacos, arroz con leche, and more. All recipes are delicious, easy to follow, and quick to prepare so you can have your own Mexican fiesta!

Jennyfer received her training at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City and is the author of Healthy Flavors of Mexico - a lifestyle cookbook that gives healthier alternatives of preparation to many of Mexico’s traditional dishes. During her training at IIN, she studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts.
She has extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, guiding/coaching techniques, and preventive health practices such as yoga, meditation, and stress reduction techniques. She leads workshops on health prevention, cooking classes, yoga, nutrition and hormonal balance.
