Let’s celebrate the Luck of the Irish and learn to make two traditional Irish dishes with non-allergenic ingredients. We’ll create GREEN Irish soda bread (with magic green sunflower seeds – no artificial dyes here!) and a near-paleo version of Irish Colcannan (can’t resist the cheese on top – but that will be optional for those who are dairy-free). Both dishes are grain-free, and one dish includes an optional dairy component. Don’t forget to wear something green! Kids are encouraged to create and sample with us. Adults are free with paid kid’s registration. Each child will require a purchased ticket.
