Richard will be preparing spring dishes that spotlight the season's produce and flavors. Chef Langston, a fixture in Boise restaurants for over 20 years, and a 2014 James Beard Awards nominated Best Chef, will show you how to prepare a menu that you can replicate like a pro at home!
