Dosa are a thin, crispy crepe made with a rice and lentil batter stuffed with spiced potato filling and served with chutney and sambhar stew. Dosa is a staple breakfast dish in the Southern part of India, however it is also enjoyed as a snack or meal any time of the day.
Sangeeta will demonstrate how to make this popular south Indian favorite along with all the fixings, including Chai tea.
