Class: Vive le France! Beer, Cider & Cheese

Join us for an early Bastille Day tasting of old and new world French ciders and beers! We will  also be featuring the cheeses that make you say "laissez le bon temps rouler” (let the good times roll)!

This tasting will feature Parisian craft beers and Normandy ciders that are brand new to the Idaho market and cheeses from France or made in the French style!

Class presented by Kyle Bass from Idaho Wine Merchant and Lacey McNeff from the Boise Co-op.

Class: Cider Loves Cheese!

While pairing wine and cheese can be an overly-complicated business, and pairing beer and cheese can fill you up too quickly, cider and cheese are natural companions. Many drier styles pair beautifully with rich, buttery cheeses (think double-cream cheddar, a 2-year aged gouda or a creamy bleu), while the big apple flavors of semi-sweet ciders is gorgeous with fresh chevre or mild, nutty, soft-ripened cheeses.

Join us for another lively evening with The Co-op's Cheese Wiz, Lacey McNeff and Kyle Baas from Idaho Wine Merchant. They will be featuring ciders and cheeses from all around the world.
